Return Policy 

Thank you for shopping at Elayne's. We appreciate the trust you have placed in us. Please read this policy carefully. This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Elayne's.

 

For the return policy the following must be provided : 

1. Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload the           video.

2. With a complaint.

Except for these our store would make a refund, resend, or accept the return for any of the following cases: 

1. Refund Policy for Delayed Orders

We understand that delays in receiving your orders can be frustrating. Please review the following guidelines regarding delayed orders:

 

Orders Lacking Tracking Information: If your order is lacking tracking information, in transit, pending, or expired 60 days after departure from our warehouse, you may be eligible for a refund.

a. For Brazil: Due to strict customs clearance, refunds will be considered after 110 days from the departure date from our warehouse.

b. Special Shipping Methods: Please note that for some special shipping methods, we do not handle disputes.

 

Important Interpretation:

Sometimes, orders may arrive at the nearest post office but remain pending due to reasons such as insufficient address or unclaimed packages. Clients are encouraged to contact their local post office for delivery.

In Israel, packages may be delivered to self-pickup cabinets due to national realities and other factors. Clients should contact the local post office for delivery.

In cases where local tracking numbers indicate delivery but customers claim non-receipt, we will make efforts to verify the situation. However, this process may take 1-2 months, and positive results are not guaranteed.

Please note that while we strive to ensure timely delivery, external factors such as customs clearance and local postal processes may impact delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

2. Policy Regarding Undelivered Orders

In instances where orders are not received, we will refrain from initiating refunds or resending items if the tracking information indicates delivery.

a. In the event that your clients fail to receive the package, a non-delivery certificate issued by the local post office, bearing an official seal, becomes imperative.

b. Tracking Information Alert: If the tracking information displays an alert, the potential reasons are detailed as follows:

i. Incorrect or insufficient address.

ii. No such recipient or number.

iii. Unidentified recipient.

iv. Package refusal.

v. Failure to pick up within the designated timeframe.

vi. Absence of a secure delivery location.

vii. Customs clearance issues.

viii. Other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Notes:

a. The local distributor will attempt delivery 1-3 times based on the prevailing circumstances. Should the package remain unclaimed within the delivery timeframe, it will be returned to the local post office for storage within 3-7 days. Clients are required to retrieve the package personally; failure to do so may result in the product being returned to us, the sender. During the return process, we assumes no liability for any potential loss of products.

b. In the event that the logistics company offers a return service to us, we will store the products in your private inventory upon receipt of the returned items and will not issue refunds.

c. We cannot entertain refund requests or initiate resends if undelivered orders remain unprocessed or if packages are destroyed by logistics companies.

 

3. Products Damaged :

Elayne's offers a full refund or a replacement if packages arrived are badly damaged. We offer a partial refund or a replacement if packages arrived partially damaged (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches etc.).

 

Notes:

a.For fragile products, a refund is highly recommended.

b.For damaged packing boxes, We cannot offer any refunds or other after-sale services due to the long-distant international delivery.

 

4. Incorrect or Missing Products. 

We have a strict quality control process before products are dispatched. 

We will deal with incorrect or missing products as follows:

a. For incorrect products, we offers a full refund or replacement.

b. For products with wrong color, size which doesn't affect product function, etc., we offer a refund or resend if you provide us the proof.

c. For parts missing which doesn’t affect product function, we may refund partially or resend the missing part; for parts missing which affect             product function, we will resend the product only.

d. For accessories, We will resend the accessories.

 

Notes:

For size problem, We will appreciate it a lot if you can measure the product according to the correct measurement method and provide us the photo of measurement. Then, our dispute team will deal with your disputes quickly.

 

5. Orders Cancellation. 

For orders cancellation, We offers a full refund before products are processed by warehouses.

a. After payment, preorder inventory orders cannot be canceled as it is special products and only available for you.

b. After payment, orders cannot be canceled.

 

 

IMPORTANT INTERPRETATIONS:

1. Deadline of Opening Dispute.

You cannot open a dispute if the order status is closed. Your dispute cannot be resolved when tracking information from a third party is untraceable.

2. Force Majeure. 

We takes no responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delay caused by the act of god, including but not limited: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, 

earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection. However, we will notify you by Email.

3. Shipping Method Limits. 

Some shipping methods are not trackable when orders arrived at some Countries, States, or Cities. 

Notes:

When choosing certain shipping methods, the remote addresses will be charged additional cost.

4. Destination Limits. 

Due to limited international transportation, We will not accept any disputes when your orders are shipped to the following countries:

5. Service Products. 

Service products apply to the following interpretation.

a. Any disputes arising from products damaged or shipping delayed, We may not refund the product cost.

b. Any disputes arising from bad quality, We may not accept as the supplier is not Elayne's.
